Is 85 lumens bright enough?
For close work, yes. It lights up an engine bay, a tent, or the ground in front of you. It isn't built to light up the far side of a field. If you need that, look at the Nitecore Tini 3 or Olight Baton 4 Pro.
Can I wear it on a hat like a headlamp?
Yes. Clip it to the brim and tilt the head down. Most people use it this way. The LEDs stay visible from the front, though, so angle it away from anyone facing you.
How does it charge, and how long does it last?
It charges by USB-C through a port under a rubber cover. The indicator glows red while charging and green when full. A full charge gives about 45 minutes on High and up to 22 hours on Ultralow.
Is it waterproof?
It's rated IP65, so rain, sweat, and dust are fine. Don't submerge it, and keep the port cover closed.
Will it turn on in my pocket?
Not if you lock it. Hold both buttons until the indicator blinks once to lock it, and do the same to unlock it.
