SFT Gear ("we," "us," or "our") is a family-owned online store based in Gainesville, FL. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed securely through Squarespace Payments and is never stored on our servers.
When you sign up for our email list, we collect your first name, last name, and email address.
When you visit our site, standard web analytics data is collected automatically (pages visited, time on site, referring source). We use this to understand how people find and use the site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill your orders
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates
- Send email communications you've opted into, including gear guides, new product announcements, and occasional field notes from Juan
- Improve the site and our product selection
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers.
Email Communications
If you sign up for our email list, you'll receive a welcome email with your discount code, followed by occasional emails about new products and gear guides. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing juan@sftgear.com.
