Will it fit my helmet?
It comes with an NVG mount that fits helmets with a standard NVG shroud. If your helmet has no shroud, you'll need one added before you can mount it.
Does it come with a headband?
Nitecore lists the NVG mount, battery, USB-C cable, and storage case in the box, with no headband. It's built to ride on a helmet.
How long does the battery last?
About 2 hours on Turbo (2,000 lumens), 14 hours on High (400 lumens), and up to 82 hours on Ultralow. Red light runs 37 hours on High and 66 hours on Low.
Can I swap the battery?
Yes. It runs on a removable 18650, and a Nitecore NL1840HP 4,000 mAh battery comes installed. Carry a charged spare and swap it in, or charge it in the headlamp over USB-C.
Does it have red light?
Yes, at 5 and 15 lumens, plus a slow red flash. Red keeps your night vision intact for reading an altimeter, a map, or your gear.
